Hello! Does anyone have a telephone number or direct contact for Emirates High Street? I have miles expiring and their system is not working properly. IT charges me shipping even though I want to pick locally.

All their responses are system automated.

Hi jvsresident, Just came across your post and coincidently I am a part of the Emirates High Street team. Our warehouse is in the Jebel Ali Free Zone and if you live in Dubai, you are better off having the items delivered to you at home/work. Once the items are ready Aramex will contact you via the phone number you give us to arrange a suitable time and location for delivery. The reason we have to charge more for pick up is, we have to pay to store ordered products at the pickup location, and we have to pay to have them delivered there (the main Aramex warehouse is in the free zone, and you are unable to pick product up from there due to customs restrictions). Hope this helps.
