Does anyone know of one? And if there are several, then one as close to Springs as possible?
My 16-month old fell in the park last night and howled for a good 15 minutes (I think partly due to being very tired). Couldn't figure out what part of her face she hurt. I thought it was her jaw but another lady who was standing on the other side of her thought it was the side of her face. But no cuts or anything. And it was certainly not her head so no need to worry about concussion.
When I offered her her night time bottle she stopped crying and took it happily enough and then fell asleep. I sms-ed her doctor and explained and he said she should be fine and to let her sleep.
She slept fine and was fine this morning.
I was fine too... until I realised that she's dislocated one of her two front teeth!!!
Sent another text to doc and he said to take her to a pediatric dentist in the next couple of days and feed her like a 4-month old... only purreed foods, nothing hard or chewy. Poor little girl's going to miss her biscuits and apples!!
Anyone recommend a dentist?
Also, anyone been through this?
Right now I feel sick to my stomach every time she smiles and I see her tooth. It's pushed up about 2 or 3 mm and back about 2 or 3 mm. I know it's silly... nothing serious happened and she's happy and well. But I just can't stand that my baby got 'damaged'!!! And I can't stand that I can't fix it!!!!!!
