afternoon, what is the process on false report of mmaid absconding in Dubai, she has been to twafaq but employer does not respond, employer filed abscond when she had put ad for her for new jobs and maid had gone for a trial 1 week with the sponsor.can the maid win this case if its taken to the courts for false report of abscond she has all chats of whatsapp where the communication was done, does labour court in dubai take whatsapp chats as evidence for maid to prove her case
