Been disappointed with the staff members also recently - Just hang around with very few interaction with the kids. Only my experience but the same repeated 3 times so decided not to bring my LO anymore.

Personally, I think it's a rip off to charge such a large joining fee and then 40 AED+ an hour. It's a lovely place and both my LO's were signed up to their memberships, but heard the joining fee is 600AED+??? (which is nearly double on a year or 2 ago). Could be wrong, just what I've been told.
