We are planning to move to Green Community West and I have few concerns .
1. I would like to check about pet policy for 2 bedroom duplex apartment with garden. The contract states no pets allowed , however according to the agent there are people staying with pets. We have a dog and 2 cats and can’t take a risk without checking if anyone else stays there and have pets .
2. Read mixed reviews for EMICOOL/DEWA charges. How much approximately is he payment per month and per year.
3. Is there any traffic issue in the peak hours?
