I wouldn't mind taking my 4 wheel drive back to the UK when we leave and then mainly using it to drive in Europe. It's a lovely Ford Explorer and we've just had a new gear box and engine so it's like new. I don't suppose we'd get much for it here as it's 7 years old now.

Is it easy to get it taxed in the U.K.?

Any recommendations for moving companies. We are paying ourselves so every penny helps!

One of my colleagues recently took a car back to the UK and it was quite complicated and very expensive, but possible. However do check up the latest requirements around emissions testing as the EU is very strict as I have another friend who sent a car to Rumania only to have to bring it back because it failed!
