We are new here and so far everything has been great :-)
However a friend of ours wants to come to the UAE and has been made an offer from a construction company that is telling him to purchase his own ticket and visa through emirates airlines. They have told him that it will take too long to do it from here and they want him to start work next week. Is this normal, we never paid for our tickets and visa's but he tells us that the company say its normal practice these days??
Please help I am not sure that this isnt a horrible scam :-(
