HELP! SALE! I'M FURIOUS! Can really use some advice!
Hello Ladies,
I'm in a huge pickle.
I can really use some advince/ help on moving and selling my furniture.
So about a year ago, my brother who lives in Australia said he'd be moving to Sharjah with his family. He suggested we rent a villa and share the expenses. So I leased one with 2 kitchens and 5 bedrooms. I furnished the house and bought new bed sets and dressers, side table etc with bunch of other electronics and furniture.
I leased back in December, but he ended up coming in June. So for 6 months the rooms were unsed with new furniture. Then in June, he stayed for exactly 1 month and decided that UAE isn't for him and went back. I was furious! He made me go through the trouble of getting a house that I didn't need. For my family of 4, any apartment would've been fine. Now my lease is up and I have no intention of renewing the villa. I am stuck with bedroom sets, Isukoshi massaging chair, sofa sets, arm chairs for patio etc and the list goes on.
So if anyone in intrested in purchasing some new furniture at discounted rate, please feel free to contact. I will try my best to give a good price. Other than that I'm lost.
I'm not exactly sure what to do if no one purchases. I'm already going in a loss. If anyone has any advice, I would love to hear any suggetions and feedback.
