Hi. I am a single mother coming into Dubai under an investor visa in Fujairah free zone. Can I sponsor my daughter for her visa - I was never married to the father and he will not provide a NOC but I have a court order showing I have custody and allowing relocation to Dubai. What will the immigration authorities require? Thanks so much

Honestly, I have seen same documents being rejected by one officer & approved by another. So If I were you, I will apply. My experience with other Freezone was much pleasant. So there are good chances you will get the residency. Good luck.

the immigration will either require a court order that you are the sole custodian of your DD, or the NOC, again I'm not sure Fujairah have the same rules like Dubai? please check the immigration website, they will give you more details. HTH
