Hello dear
I am having acne for over two months and I am healthy too. Visited 3 doctors so far (gastro, gynecologist, and dermatologist).
Please let me know if you managed to find a solution? Thanks.
When I mean eat healthy . I am vegetarian, I cook everything from scratch , no processed foods. No dairy, no coffee or soft drinks. Drink next to no alcohol. Eat organic foods where possibly, no bread.I drink lots of water and exercise everyday. I take vitamin supplements and primrose oil. To me that is pretty healthy. I am probably weigh about 8.5 stones so definitely not overweight.I do not wear makeup and I am careful about my face cleansing. So I have tried so many things but not making any difference
What do you mean, you eat healthy? That can mean a lot of different things to different people. I'd suggest doing a food elimination diet - or at least cutting out dairy and wheat for a while to see if that helps.
Perhaps a dermatologist?
There's a great one at Healthcare City....
Carol Lecart.
She gets booked up but I went to see her as I had acne too due to hormones and she gave me facial cleanser and ointment.
It's gone now....
