It went downhill when International Village was scrapped (and Party Zone) too serious now.....not so much party atmosphere.... The best one i went to was in 2007 and i dont want to spoil the memory of that one! <em>edited by Blueskies on 23/03/2011</em>

Yeah I think sign of the times probably sums it up pretty well SM.

I do remember a few years back there were LOADS of threads about it; the hats, the transport, the ticket prices, the outfits, the transport, the different ticketing grades, the transport [!!!'> ... Guess prices have gone up and the entertainment factor has gone since it moved, perhaps? Who knows?! Wild horses [ahem!'> couldn't drag me to it, to be honest. Always seemed a bit ... try-hard to me anyway, even in the 'good old days'. Not like going to Ascot or even Randwick. :D But have fun, anyone who's going. :)
