Anyone been able to log in. Just gone to the usual site and it looks like it's been updated ............ haven't tried to pay any bill or check online since before xmas. Anyway, can't for the life of me find where I log in. Anyone managed to use it successfully and can tell me what I'm missing???

You may have to check your security settings and clear your cookies, check your anti virus has not blocked the site by looking at your botton bar and see if it has made HSBC a restricted site.

I don't have the family on the beach...but there was a new page launched a while back and there was something about choosing which launch pic you wanted.............I have a moving page - guy in a dishdash with child, guy on a beach on his laptop, handsome guy for HSBC Advance!!!

how wierd, I don't get that. I'm going to www.hsbc.ae and I get a new front page with a picture of family walking down a beach/shoreline plus some text on HSBC products I get the same page. Look at the upper right corner, there's a log on button (on grey-ish background). Otherwise, try to click on one of the products, i. e. "personal" under "HSBC Banking" and see if you can see the log on button now. <em>edited by Kermi on 05/01/2011</em>

I've already tried playing with compatibility settings but it's not making any difference. I think part of the page with the button on is being truncated .......... will have to see if DH has changed some settings!!! At least I'm not going potty and I am in the right place!!! Thanks all. K

Could be a fraudulent website posing as yours. Try clearing your cache and delete all cookies. Restart your browser and type in the address.
