Hyperthyroid carbimazole shortage HELP

Hi to all
I am praying that someone can help me. I have graves and am currently hyperthyroid. I have been trying pharmacies here in Dubai to get my medication, carbimazole 5mg tablets but have been unsuccessful in locating any for months. My endocrinologist said this happens here sometimes! Anyway long story short I am now taking out of date meds which will totally run out in less than two weeks and I am worried sick that I won't be able to get them after this time. It is a very scary prospect. If anyone can help by pointing me in the right direction I would be soooooo grateful.
