I want to start a business as well. I wake up every morning with a new idea. There are so many gaps in this market and they are so easy to identify. Only problem is that there is just so much of red tape when you want to start something.

Packed lunches are a pain in the butt (especially managing healthy ones with variety). Do a home delivery service for school packed lunches! Am sure there will be a demand! I think that service is available already, not sure though but I saw it on Dubai TV
