Hi
We are returning home and needed to cancel our visas (obtained through our own FZC company registered with Ajman Free Zone Authority). Can someone confirm if EIDA card is necessary for cancelling the visas - we never bothered to get one because we were planning to leave.
Also more generally what happens if you just leave without cancelling and let residency visa expire naturally, and later you try to close the FZC company down (i.e. cancel the trade license). I.e. at this stage does the FZ complain that the residency visas were not cancelled but expired, and as a result fine you?
Would appreciate help from anyone who has been through this process..thanks!
