Mmmm getting very hungry. My 3 courses would be: Starters: stuffed mushrooms Main: Stuffed lamb with potato dauphinoise, buttered carrots, green beans Desert: Sticky date pudding with vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce

This is making me hungry! I'm a big fan of hearty (stodgy/fattening) food: Starter - Anything with stilton: Brocolli and stilton soup with crusty bread, garlic and stilton breaded mushrooms....etc Main - Roast rack of lamp, potato gratin and buttered veg with a red wine jus Dessert - Warm chocolate souffle and butterscotch icecream YUM!!!! :D

For starter I usually do Ceviche of tuna and sea scallop, shaved fennel salad, caviar, lime dressing Main, Roasted Loin of lamb, seasonal vegetables, sweet garlic purée, roasting juices Desert, Raspberry soufflé with home made sorbet *waits impatiently for the invite* Come on over ( as long as I get an invite to yours )

Starter: scallops wrapped in pancetta / mussels in white wine and garlic / cheese croquettes and a rocket salad Main: steak with seasonal veg / a homemade steak and ale pie with mash / or a fondue with steak and tuna Pud: creme brulee / profiter roles and warm choc cause / sticky toffee pid stilton, brie and cheddar with grapes and crackers irish coffee Why does no one ever invite me to a dinner party??????????????????????? yum, I was going to say prawn cocktail with chunky brown farmhouse bread, juicy steak, creme brulee! I thought I was being a bit 70's though!

Good questions! Scallops to start and cheescake for desert. Now, deciding the main meal is a little harder! I would be happy with any kind of fish dish, pasta or pizza!!!
