Ladies so far this year my DS (4 yrs) and my old maid have both commented on my fat belly! Strangely I am beginnig to get a little upset about it. I don't have help at home so can't go to a gym/trainer. Can someone tell me about this exercise program and does it work?

I always feel like that when someone makes that kind of comment, especially when I think I've actually lost some. I guess they just don't think about how their comments will affect you, or maybe it's just not rude in their culture. I wonder if we could argue that a smack upside the head isn't rude in ours. *like*

I wouldn't worry! When i dropped my DS off at nursery one of the children asked if I had a baby in my tummy at which point another child patted my tum and asked if it was a boy or girl!!!! Similarly, everytime i do something at home like wash the car, my maid always says "that's good for body ma'am" whilst patting her tum!!! Was going to do the January shred but instead now do the treadmill every morning for 30 mins at home and it's slowly but surely coming off! :)

You do not have a fat belly. I have the 30 Day Shred on the Mac, and apparently you can save it to a flashstick but we might need some help from a Mac expert to do this as I am a Mac idiot. Or you can download it from www.exercisetv.tv for $10. You do a 30-minute workout every day for 30 days. That's it. It's hard work (for me) but I really, really love the way I feel afterwards and I think it's starting to make a difference. I'm on day 10 level 1. Check the fitness board, there's a February Shred Heads thread on there :D.

Check out the Health and Fitness Board (newly separate) - you'll find all the information you need there!
