After staying 4 weeks under Dr. Lukas treatment at Modern Veterinary Clinic, the puppies made a slow and painful recovery. While there a very kind lady donated some money and offered to foster them until they could find a perfect forever home (despite the fact that, she already had 18 other pets , a job and a family) Her determination for helping them has reached almost two months. The puppies are very attached to her and rest of her family and in order to spare them more drama : They urgently need a permanent family.
Right now the puppies will go under an intensive rehabilitation program, based on hydrotherapy, massage , exercises etc. at DOGWALK Veterinary Clinic . They will be boarded full time in the clinic for treatment for the next two week. Regardless, doctors , foster family and other people contributing to put a happy ending to the story; financial support is required, we need to cover the therapy discounted cost, the boarding, the special diet and vitamin supplements.
All the above effort will be in vane if a permanent home is not found .They have a fantastic temperament, a little reserved when meeting new people . The boy is more outgoing, but they are inseparable , as soon as you move one from the other they get very agitated . They are fantastic with children. Basic training will be needed ... Walk on the leash , toilet etc.
Doctors are very optimistic that with a very good diet , long walks , exercise and care they will make a huge recovery. please see the video http://gulfnews.com/gntv/the-dogs-life-1.750310
