I used the Ras Al Khor branch of Al Ghandi for a repair to my Kitchenaid mixer- it needed a spare part too. I phoned them and they had the part in stock, told me to bring it to them and it was fixed in 30 mins. The service was excellent. Hope you are as lucky:)
So I bought one from London. Just opened it to find a part is missing, rendering it useless! I'm upset beyond words!!! Has anyone had any luck ordering parts via their service centre here in Dubai (Al Ghandi Electronics)?! Any other ideas of what I can do???
