anyone recommend living in VH? whats it like, is it far from shops etc. are their any pools or facilities there.?

There are no community pools as yet although they are at last working on them - I don't think they will be huge though. There is a small shop but we are so near Motor City and all the shops and restaurants there that, so long as you have a car, it isn't a problem. Great for access to Emirates Rd and 20 minutes from MOE, Ibn Battuta, Mirdif City Centre. We like the way the villas are designed although there are lots of new build issues. They are also very light inside. Depending on which village you live in there are more, or less, park areas. I see lots of young families and dog walkers around.
