Has anyone taken their young families on holiday to the Philippines?
We have a 3 1/2 yr old son & baby.

We are looking for recommendations on beach resorts in Philippines that have kids club and baby sitting avaliable for a relaxing holiday.

Can you make any suggestions

Another vote for Shangrila Mactan in Cebu. You can fly to Cebu direct via Catahy Pacific or Qatar airways.

For Manila itself I would recommend Sofitel. Kids club is great and girls there are lovely and hands on with the kiddies. There is also pool slides and a small park+sandpit for the kids. Hotel is located next to the bay so you have spectacular sunsets too. Their breakfast buffets are fantastic. For Beach resorts you cant beat Boracay or Palawan islands which are an hour flight away. Most hotels have babysitting services too. Take Cebu air as Phil Air is known for cancelling flights or having strikes etc.
