Looking for a home for my cockatiel

Hey all. I find myself having to rehome my cockatiel. I will eventually be leaving the country (current situation permitting), and by the end of the month, the only place I can move into, until that happens, doesn't allow animals. I have put this off quite late, but it has been overwhelming to face. I thought this might be a good place to ask around.
Cockatiel's Name: Tonto
Age: Almost 4 years old.
He is used to being out of the cage, but I haven't gone out of my way to formally train him - we just got to understand each other's personalities. I am hoping to find a family who already has a cockatiel, because I wish for him a companion. Otherwise, just a good home.
