Hi - just wondered what peoples views are on the following. Our maid has been working with us for 6 months and there have been a few minor trust issues as is probably the norm when someone new comes to your house.
The latest is she keeps having friends visit her - food is often shared.
I have told her it’s becoming too much many daytime visits where a friend is in her room. At weekend a friend was in her room while she was out shopping . I have explained this is not to happen and any visits must be in the evening . What rules do you have with your Maid? My relaxed approach didn’t work - she obviously needs specific guidance but what is the norm for such a thing? Just don’t want others in my house !! Thanks
