Yes there are travel agencies offer service of Bus ride, from Dubai to Oman, stay in Oman, Dubai visit visa and return bus journey. Employing someone on any other visa than employment is illegal. If she is resident, and visa expiring, you need to cancel the existing visa before exit. Hope this helps. Thank you, more helpful. We know it is illegal to employ someone on any other visa than an employment one hence trying to help my friend out.

Filipino maids have never been able to do a visa run as far as I know. As her sponsor you are responsible to get the renewal process done in time. Sorry to say, but how can you not see that coming? Besides, the EID holiday isn't until the end of next week, so you have the whole week to get started with the paperwork. As long as you have the docs handed over to the authorities before the expiry date, you'll be fine. Thank you for your reply, but you assume wrongly, I am her sponsor; I am not. She has come on a tourist visa & I am looking to help a friend to get this transferred to a residence visa.
