I'm looking for a solid wood coffee table, do you have one? I'm being ultra picky though , I have been checking dubizzle. edited by Wendopia on 06/01/2011

I found the last two times I sold up - I got my cleaning lady to help. I told her - get the highest price you can I'll give you 10% of the proceeds. Worked well for me, but my cleaning lady was also honest

Yes I have priced everything as low as possible the solid wood furniture as a package is worth 6000dhs and I'm selling it for 2000 ono these are the only things I want to get a decent price for..yes have had the jokers saying they will take it off my hands but would rather give it away:(

I know how frustrating Dubizzle can be... especially the ridiculous 'offers' people will make on your stuff. We're moving in a couple of months and I've started selling bits and peices. Honestly, if you really want to get rid of it, price it very cheap. At the end of the day, getting something is better than getting nothing. With things like sofas, curtains, etc. There are simply so many ads on there that price is about the only thing that can set you apart. Also, i wouldn't respond to ANY ridiculous offers and once you decide your lowest price, stick with it. Oh last thing.. if you make a basic web page (photos and prices) on google or wherever and post a link up in your ad, people might be more likely to come and get stuff if they are purchasing several items, rather than one.

If you have anything half decent left, a local charitable organisation is busy trying to furnish some flats for staff. If you feel able to donate to a worthy cause, leave a message for me and I'll give you more details.:)
