Moving to Dubai with a Labrador

Hey!
We have the opportunity to move to Dubai from the UK but my biggest concern is how my Labrador will be. He is big 1 year old and finds the summers of UK hot! Is there indoor areas to walk dogs? I know Dubai is quite restrictive with dogs and they are not allowed in most areas, is there areas where we can take him?
I also worry about him being able to socialise with other Labradors, he loves to play with other dogs daily.
I am looking for some advice from anyone who has a big dog in Dubai and how they find it?
