Hello,
I am a new mom looking to move with my husband and my 9 months old baby to a 4 bed villa in Jumeirah Island. Between Jumeirah Islands and Meadows/the lakes which area is the best to live in in your opinion ? We have a little preference for Jumeirah Islands since we visited a nice villa.
However since we think that the standing of Jumeirah Islands villas is higher than the Meadows one, we’re wondering why the rents are almost the same ? Thank you
