Italian Shoe Factory based in Al Serkal is amazing! For anyone who might be searching for a repair facility in 2023

The Shoe Butler in Barsha are very good standard and cheaper than Ndust who have just raised their prices even higher.

was going to post about my absolutely awful experience with NDust - but thought better of it - suffice is to say i would not use them again - the price they charge for the quality of work was outrageous. i will say though, that they do collect and deliver, which is a convenience for which some people are prepared to sacrifice. Really? Gosh, they only charged me 25 dhs. For heel tip replacements, I find Minutes to be the cheapest and most convenient, certainly won't be returning to the cobblers in Level at Dubai Mall, now their pricing was beyond outrageous and no better job done than at Minutes if I'm honest.

I used a specialist shoe repairers called NDust recently, they are based in Barsha, opposite Lulu's. I'd had the misfortune of ripping the leather up the heels of some brand new shoes on decking and they repaired the leather as best they could. Short of sending the shoes back to the manufacturer (which would be an absolute faff as I had the shoes shipped from Netaporter) for total heel replacement, I think they did a pretty good job. They have a website too, www.ndustshoes.com. There's also a cobblers who deals with high end shoe repairs in Dubai Mall in Level Shoe District, very pricey though, AED 170 for heel tips and half sole protectors last time I used them.

minutes dont repair the 'tip' ie the point of shoes, in my experience though? would love to know of somewhere that does. Do you mean the part on the tip of the heel of the shoe? I have had mine repaired at minutes when the tip of the heel is wearing down :-)
