Hi, I need somebody to help me with my 3 year old son. Preferably a teacher who can work with him on themes like seasons, farm, transport etc. A little bit of alphabet and numbers also. Only need for a few weeks. Somebody in or around the greens would be great help.

The thing is we came here for holidays and now stuck for some reason so till we go back he's missing school and all the work going on at school. This is the reason I wanted somebody who has experience as a pre k - k teacher to sit down with him and re inforce to him what's going on in school while he's away. So when he goes back he isn't behind but in pace with the other kids.[i'>[/i'>

Thanks for your replies! By tutoring I didn't mean the actual teaching to sit and write but just like they do in preschool an introduction to the basic concepts or perhaps a bit more advanced just talk to him about the world around him - it'll not only make his pre-school themed relevant, but will expand his understanding, make learning fun and reinforce what he's doing at "school". It's all simple things, not rocket science! He's only 3 - let him just doodle clouds, skip in the rain and feed his natural curiosity!
