Ladies I have just turned tap in kitchen on and...nothing, not a drip of water. Our lovely landlord has cancelled the maintenance contract with tooltime. I called them and they have a AED 300 call out charge plus parts and labour. We are in Saheel AR does anyonce know who else I can call at this time on a Thursday evening? Aaarrrhhh:(

ours is in the cupboard in the carport there's a red switch on it and you either click it up or down .... if you search on here for water pump there are several options I think

we've had this several times in Al Reem 3 - check your pump is switched on sometimes it trips. If it's all ok ring Dewa emergency number, they can tell you if there is a prob in your area or the like - they will also come out and check it out, they have done this twice with me and then miraculously the water has come back. They will also do a pressure test for you, then if there is a problem you will need to call some maintenence out. We have on lots of occasions had lack of water only for it to come back within an hour or so. Good luck!
