Hi everyone,

I noticed that most offices and shops have images or paintings of the sheikhs at the entrance. Does somebody know:

1. Is this mandatory?
2. Are these special paintings/images? e.g attested or made by local artists?
3. Where can I buy them?

I am aware that this is a really specific question but as I couldn't find anything useable via google I hope to get an answer here.
