Thanks Ladies, I finally found a very nice nursery in Jumeirah 3. I can kick myself for not going there from the start as I did visit them when I did my research but decided on Curious Minds because they were closer to my home. I should have trusted my instinct:(

To be honest I never heard about this nursery, but there are many nurseries that has been around for ages and are well established.

I think that this is not necessarily a Dubai thing but probably due to circumstances and the current climate. We are lucky enough to have institutions both nurseries and schools that have been here for years and years. I think that well established nurseries have a proven track record and are there for a reason.

Is it just me or are there any other parents peeved at Curious Minds Nursery closing down? I was assured in September when we joined that all was well only to be informed now that they are closing down. Uuurggh not only do I have to search for a new nursery but now my son has to go through a settling down period again. Is this "just Dubai"?
