Hello All, My 4years old son struggling fever episodes. His fever like 38.6 from his ear. I always give him Adol 7.5ml if he's fever 38.5 and above. After the medicine the fever goes down.
Besides fever he has a blocked noise, sometimes joints pain, lympj nodes in the neck are enlarged and sometimes white patches on his tonsils.
Anyway our pediatrician in Turkey said that he may has the Pfapa sydrome. I googled this illness, the semptoms quite matches.
Does anyone knows this sydrome? Or Had a consultant with Dr.Darwish?
