Safestway used to carry it, but it was so expensive it was not worth it. Sometimes you can find the low fat type and even sometimes an offbrand - Crystal (I think), but rare. One time there was an actual 2lb block of Philidelphia at Choithrams and I thought I hit the jackpot! Agree with other writer, use Kiri as it works almost as well.

Has anyone seen the 8 oz package anywhere? Maybe I am not looking right.. but I ve been here 3 years almost and have not seen them anywhere. All I see are the spreadable ones. Does anyone know where I can find them? What do they use to make cheese cakes here then?
