Planning on doing a GARAGE SALE in Remraam Community (Al Thammam)...... please advise
Hello sweethearts,
In few weeks, I am planning on organizing a garage sale in Remraam Community (Al Thammam) - but I don't know where am I allowed to do that! Does anyone have any experience of doing it in this crowded community?
Option 1: To do it in our building in the park above the garage (floor 1) but there only few people will see me.... - Is it even allowed to use that park for such personal half-day projects? // Do I need any permition from Dubai Properties?
Option 2: To do it in front of our building entrance - in this case I am blocking the main entrance and I need also all the table, display racks etc. (which is not that convenient)
Option 3: To do it on the greenery between the pool and Tennis courts... This is the area where many people will see me, and opportunities for sale are good - This option I actually like the most, but, is it allowed by Dubai Properties??
