Please advice If my ex does not pay any support for the kids even after family court verdict

Dear ladies,
please kindly advice where should I go and what should I do to get support for my children from my ex?
We got divorce in 2020, I have a court verdict that he need to support his children but he runned away to another country.
Few weeks ago I found out that my ex was back to Dubai and got a good position but he never even told to our children that he is back in Dubai.
I'm still hoping that the law will be on my side, but have no idea where to go and what should I do about it as familyy court where I applyed for divorce is not accepting further applications.
Thank you in advance for any advices.
