Picked up an estate agent's number from here last night after meeting some dodgy agents in the past month. She showed me a few villa's this morning and we just signed the contract for a villa at an excellent rental rate. That was painless and we got exactly what we wanted so there are good honest agents out there. She even went the extra mile and looked after the kids outside so I had time to have a proper look around. She has recommended a moving company, deep cleaning company and arranged keys to be delivered to me.
I highly recommend her...Her name is Tina 055 883 4502. :)
