Don't know what you mean by private but kids first center and rashid pediatric therapy center can do a one off assessment for your child. Based on the outcome you can choose to continue with them for therapy or go else where.
There are many others centers offering this service but I have experience with only these two.
Personally I won't go with any freeLancer here as I have come across some unqualified ones and would rather go with an established center. They are expensive no doubt but better option if you find a good therapist through word of mouth.
