Hello. I have had problems for years. Have tried laser but not great results. I am ready to do the surgery now for prolapse, cysticile and recticle (sorry spelling?) basically pelvic floor lift, vaginal reconstructive surgery. I want to find the best gynecologist surgeon. Any recommendations? Have you had this type of surgery in Dubai? Please share thanks so much

I am so sorry for what you are going throw, please don't do surgery here in the Middle East, Asia or Africa, because all Urogynecology sectors here will use polypropylene mesh telling you it's the golden standard, some will tell you if you don't like it will remove it, but mesh is there to stay and no one is trained or know how to remove it. I had mesh not knowing it was mesh, been told natural and safe tape/ sling/ rubber band, they will say anything except naming it it's real name, the mesh will perforate into your internal organs, cutting your nerves and muscles leaving you disabled, with stoma bag and constant pain that controlled drugs can't even make it numb I suggest you look up sling the mesh and get list of surgeons mainly based in uk and USA that do reconstructions after mesh removal... hence you don't have the mesh I believe it'll be easy getting you your own tissue as sling to left your own internal organs or satures or known as Burch satures Again I'm not a doctor but gone throw the ring of fire and no doctor will listen to my complains re pain in my hips and always been told I believe the internet craze! Honestly mesh is banned in Aus, north Ireland and Scotland and NZ Thousands of patients already taking mesh manufacturers tocoarts in uk, Canada, Aus and USA Don't be statists joining the mesh injured patients around the world and do your resource before allowing any surgeon access to perform surgery on you. Hugs
