The restaurant at the Crowne Plaza in SZR is called [i'>Al Tannour[/i'>, they have, no surprise, a tannour (oven) and a lady making fresh hot melt in your mouth bread plus the live band, a couple of singers and a bellydancer. We were out at [i'>Al Hadheerah[/i'> a couple of months ago, there's a fabulous tanoura dancer (similar sounding word but here it means [i'>skirt[/i'> its like the whirling dervish) the bellydancer was utterly dire. edited by CSM on 12/05/2011

I think the Ritz Carlton in Marina has an outdoor restaurant with a belly dancer.

Yes Levantine at Atlantis is the restaurant that has the belly dancer. Food is great, view nice from the top, nice place for visitors and the dancer was good. Ours lasted quite a while. Check which nights she is there though!

There is an arabic restaurant at the Crown Plaza on SZR. I haven't been there for years, so call the hotel and check. There is also the Lebanese restaurant at Atlantis, but the show doesn't last very long, but the dancer (assuming it's the same one) was great. You would have to call them to find out what time the shows are. You can always reserve a table (tell them close to the "dance" floor) a half hour before the show and possible stay until the next show (I don't know how much time in between shows)

Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent restaurant that has an 'arabian' feel with a belly dancer?
