Has anyone got the Rotana Rewards/Discount card thingy? I had never hread of it before but was recently offered it in one of the restaurants and seems like a pretty good deal?

Does anyone know how much you would typically get off the hotel rooms? I was told up to 60% percent, but I thought that was prob for one obscure hotel in the middle of nowhere and the rest would be a ridiculous 5% or something!

TIA

We have one and find it fantastic. The hotel discounts are pretty good, we went to The Cove in RAK in November and paid a rate of 650dh per sea view room instead of the advertised 1050dh and we went with my parents so we got the rate on both rooms. Also, you get the discounts in the restaurants when you are there too, so it adds up. One thing I noticed this time we were at the Cove, there are some restaurants that give you the discount and others that do not, so it's worth being vigilant, although I think it was stated on the menu. Also, the 50% off when dining at the brunches at Channels, Flavours etc includes the booze, so it's a really good deal.

Hi, I dont get emails as such but when dining or in the press, in the summer, they usually have deals going on. You can maybe log onto Rotana rewards where they may mention anything but generally i find them per chance. They are for everyone, not just card holders but obviously if you are a card holder you get the extra benefits. Happy eating!

I have had the Rotana Rewards card for years, and would not swap it for any other one. I hardly use it for accomodation though, always for food!! If dining with one other person you get 50% off, 3 folk, 33% off, 4 folk, 25% off etc. It has paid for itself ten time over each year, there are hundreds of Rotana places to enjoy. Remember you get the discounts on their speciality nights to seafood night at rotana murooj would be 240 for two eating. You also get a 250 dhs discount voucher when you get the card. In the summer there are great deals in the Rotana restaurants and we tend to end up with free meals or something that costs next to nothing. I think you can tell I love it! so go for it.
