Ongoing maintenance issues and horrific DEWA bills in our beautiful old, villa mean we are having to think about moving. Does anybody know of any low budget (up to Dh150,000) villas to let in the Jumeirah, Um Suqeim, Al Barsha areas by any chance? We need to move by mid August at the latest.
