soniaiq - I wish I could tell you why I haven't received an SMS or a call! My experience with the estate agents and management offices/leasing agents here is that no matter what they say, they expect you to come to them. Wait lists...pfft! We have no need or budget for a 4BR ... I'd rather stay in our 2BR apartment with plenty of amenities than pay 155k for a 4BR w/ NO amenities. If only there were more gated communities around this area...

They have no 2 or 3 beds left but i dont trust salwan,we went yest and chked with the leasing office we mite have to take the only four bed tats available now,i think they have something going on coz i saw this one guy come up speak to the agent there saying he has booked a villa but he wants to change it to nextdoor coz wen he went around and chked it was empty,these people initially said they were not aware of this after sometime they said even if its available it mite not have legal clearence...and today morning wen i called their sales office they said they have a couple of 4 beds left,and gave me another number where i was told no only 1 is available...i called back again on the first number and they again told me there re more 4 beds left. The villas mostly luked empty...maybe they are reserving it for somebody and wen asked bout waiting list they say we sent sms as soon as they vacate a villa to all the people in the waiting list first come first serve. gleek i thought u said they havent contacted you yet,if they are saying they sent sms to all in waiting list why didnt u get an sms wen tashab moved out...???

Not to their leasing office, but have checked with bhomes and they dont seem to have any villa available there. Am trying to find a place for myself by May and I know its very early to even be looking but am being fussy over small details, trying to find a place feng shui compliant etc. So am sure it will take me a while before I decide. Besides the moment I tell an agent my timeline, he is bound to not be bothered. So am here to seek help from you ladies :)

Have you gone and had a look? I was in there a couple of days ago and noticed some villas which looked empty but I could not say which size they were. I think there is a leasing office there as well. :) <em>edited by Saltire on 25/01/2011</em>
