Hi - unfortunately, due to changes in the Medallion Guarantee programme, this has recently become more complex and expensive. I have some US stock I want to transfer, I could not find a solicitor in Dubai to handle this - and am using a company in London who specialise in it, even they are having problems at the moment. If you'd like their contact details I can provide them. I would be interested to know if you do find a local firm who can handle this, though I would proceed with caution, its not straightfoward at the moment.
