Hi moms,

I need your help please. Is any moms here did sponsorship with their son with tenancy contract under your company owner's name? and salary less than 8000?
Is it possible to get approval from immigration. because my husband cannot sponsor our son since we don't have tenancy contract under my husbands name.

I believe that the requirements are that your residence visa should state that you are either a doctor, engineer or a teacher and your salary should not be less than AED 10K or around AED 8K+accommodation. If your occupation is not one of what I have mentioned, your salary needs to be more than AED 10K with special pass from DNRD. The tenancy contract must be under the sponsor's name or the company of the sponsor.
