Hi Nifaoliean - we're actually leaving Springs mid contract at the end of March. Does that coincide with your plans? We've got a really nice 3-bed in Springs 3 - the rent for a year is 105k and there's 7/8 months left on our contract.

Most of the springs have a community pool. We are in springs 15 and there are 2 community pools, basketball courts and a tennis court (which i only found the other day-after being here 6 months). What I like about the area is there is everything nearby-spinneys, schools, medical center, resturants ect and the rentals are good at the moment! We have looked at the lakes (we are looking to buy now) and the size of the gardens in the ones we saw were really tiny. I love spending as much time-while we can-outside so that was important for me. All being said-different strokes for different folks! Good luck.

Obviously it's not going to be to everyones taste, some of the villas are a bit shabby, it all depends on how well they have been maintained. Have you been and had a look? Some of the springs have community pools, some do not, but most are within easy walking distance of anywhere. the Lakes and Meadows tend to be nicer/bigger and their rents reflect that. Currently the springs is relatively 'cheap and cheerful'. As a community it has all it needs, and while I had grave misgivings of living somewhere that looks the way it does ( all the same!) we have been here 2 years and are still happy to be out of the apartment.
