I recently got my hair coloured at SLaM, my hairdresser was Simone. You could make an appointment with them for a consultation first, and then see how it goes? :)
Edit - I liked the quality of service and products at SLaM, however, in my opinion they are on the more expensive end of the spectrum
I think you might be best discussing this with a good hair dresser who knows your hair and personal style.
Otherwise you could just do what i do now after advice on here....a Pony tail to keep the sand out :)

Could you please suggest a best hair styler for my hair .Actually my hair is nor straight nor curly,it stands in between.
So before 2 years I had straightened my hair and now it looks normal .so is it better for complete straightening or can i do slight straightening with hair styler??
