Suggestions on how to cook/prepare purslane? And other greens?
Does anyone know how to prepare it so that it's not slimy? I've tried to mix it in with rocket and lettuce, but just can't bring myself to eat more than a couple sprigs in a salad. Have heard it's really healthy-and have been trying to mix it up from frying all the other greens with garlic and olive oil.
Also any suggestions on how to cook the other greens?
