Hi everyone, I have some friends that will be transiting in Dubai airport for around 13 hours - is there some sort of transit visa they can obtain to leave the airport for a few hours and come back? Thanks!

Your friend can actually get a free tourist transit visa for up to 48 hrs from DXB I believe... you can get one if you're in DXB for 8 hours and up to 4 days (pay extra to extend the 48 hrs to 96 h...
