I have the turbo jam dvds, I have done it a couple times but found it to be boring as a workout and therefore unmotivated to keep at it. I find it much more satisfying to take my ipod and go for a walk or light jog. I have to say the only exercise regime I have even done that I was happy with and got results was Curves for Women...unfortunately they are not here but maybe some other form of circuit training is around???!!! I would give Zumba a two thumbs up for not boring and a good workout as well but can't seem to get a class close to me to keep it up.
